Collagenie – Radio Frequency (RF) Skin Tightening
Collagenie is a skin tightening procedure. It uses super pulsed radio frequencies to tighten, contour and stimulate lasting collagen in a non-invasive way. It is the only treatment that can essentially give you the appearance of a facelift, without the surgeon’s knife.

How does it work?
Before, and in between pulses of the radio frequencies (RF), a skin refrigerant is applied to protect the epidermis (the top layer of skin). The RF energy is then delivered using a sophisticated handpiece called a Thermatip. The Thermatip is applied to the skin through which a controlled amount of RF energy travels. The RF energy heats a large amount of collagen 4mm under the skin in the deep dermis. This heating, in turn results in tightening and contraction of existing collagen beneath the surface of the skin and also encourages new collagen growth.
The whole procedure is very comfortable and very predictable. Occasionally clients may experience tenderness along the jawline for a day or so, when treating the whole face, or redness on treated areas for a few hours. This is easily covered up, however, and there is no reason why clients can not return to normal activities immediately after treatment.
